Welcome XC pilots from all over the world !
Last year we had 2 important records broken at the event: Petra Krausova from Czech Rep, broke the World XC straight line distance record flying 302km and Diogo Pires from Portugal broke the south american record flying 380km.
A week before the event, the Brasilian pilot Fernando Azevedo broke the South American HG record with a flight of 440km in the same region.
The 11th edition of this traditional and friendly event will be going on this year from November 11th to 19th and we have many news for you !
First of all, we will be introducing the "Frequent Flyer Program" in order to organize the few available places for the event and bring benefits to the frequent XCeará pilots.
Pilots who has already been in Quixadá at least once will have progressive discounts up to 30% on their registration fee !
Record holders and champions will also have discounts on the fee. Check the table below and find your rating.
Another good new is that we will be sanctioning the "XCeará 2006" as a FAI class 2 event. For that we will have 2 different scorings: the main one, with the traditional 1 point/km and an alternative one using the FAI scoring formula for XC flights.
Remember that we have only 50 places available for this great XC meeting. Check about the deadlines for registratrion and don't miss your place.
